County competition
open to members of the Linlithgowshire FA, what is
now known as West Lothian. The trophy was presented by Lord Rosebery, and the competition was sometimes referred to
as the Rosebery Cup. In 1926, the decision by Bo’ness to leave the LFA and join the Stirlingshire FA,
plus the general demise of the game in the county, forced the demise of the
competition.
